1. Assist in the creation of boards and the collection plan.
2. Support the launch of prototypes.
3. Prepare products and supplies for fittings and fashion shows.
4. Organize collection dossiers including visuals, delivery notes, color cards, codes, references, and technical sheets.
5. Coordinate between the studio and marketing by sending photos, samples, and models.
6. Receive and track prototypes.
7. Prepare parcels for fittings and collection photoshoots.
8. Update timeless pieces and the digital file.
9. Monitor special orders.
10. Create and track product technical sheets.
11. Assist with various administrative tasks including parcel tracking and managing supplier archives.

1. Enrollment in a Fashion School.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian.
2. Competency in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe, Excel, PLM, and CENTRIC.
3. Curiosity, versatility, and dynamism.

No prior experience required.

Currently enrolled in a Fashion School.
