2. Assess the potential and validity of AI approaches on business use cases.
3. Design and implement efficient modeling approaches to meet business objectives.
4. Maintain best practices including code reviews, clean code, and technical documentation.
5. Ensure collaboration between IT teams and the AI Factory for AI project industrialization.
6. Measure the impact and return on investment of implemented solutions.
7. Lead technology watch sessions with other Data Scientists.

1. Strong proven experience in delivering AI and Data projects.
2. Experience in industrializing AI projects and monitoring their impact and stability.
3. Advanced understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts.
4. Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL.
5. Experience with Cloud computing and Git workflows.
6. Experience with Retail, Supply Chain, or Marketing use cases is appreciated.
7. Fluency in French and English.
