Christian Dior Jewelry Production Planner

- Plan production over a 24-month horizon based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Share long-term needs visibility with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Regularly update production schedules to provide visibility to the downstream Supply Chain team.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing action plans for improvement.
- Challenge suppliers on delivery frequencies.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prioritize deliveries in collaboration with the downstream Supply Chain team.
- Record and verify purchase price consistency for received jewelry pieces.
- Integrate weight data for customs compliance.
- Resolve reception and invoicing anomalies.
- Collaborate with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and address reception blockages and errors.
- Follow up on new product launch projects in collaboration with multiple services.
- Propose process improvements for planning and production optimization.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in production management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Significant experience in production planning.
- Knowledge of planning and inventory management tools.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with ANAPLAN is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in production planning.
Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
