1. Plan production over a 24-month horizon based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
2. Share long-term needs visibility with relevant stakeholders.
3. Prepare and participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
4. Regularly update production schedules to provide visibility to the downstream Supply Chain team.
5. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing action plans for improvement.
6. Challenge suppliers on delivery frequencies.
7. Monitor and manage stock levels to prioritize deliveries in collaboration with the downstream Supply Chain team.
8. Record and verify purchase price consistency for received jewelry pieces.
9. Integrate weight data for customs compliance.
10. Resolve reception and invoicing anomalies.
11. Collaborate with the logistics warehouse team to prioritize receptions and address reception blockages and errors.
12. Follow up on new product launch projects in collaboration with multiple services.
13. Propose process improvements for planning and production optimization.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent in production management, supply chain, or a related field.
2. Significant experience in production planning.
3. Knowledge of planning and inventory management tools.

4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and data management.
6. Familiarity with ANAPLAN is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in production planning.

Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
