1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including drafting and posting job listings, pre-selecting candidates, and supporting onboarding processes.
2. Update and maintain HR department records, including organizational charts, employee data, and notice boards.
3. Contribute to the planning and organization of site events, internal communications, and publications.
4. Act as a liaison with the central HR office, assisting in the coordination and organization of training programs.
5. Manage HR department logistics, including supply orders, mail distribution, document archiving, and meal order arrangements.
6. Support administrative tasks such as monitoring internship agreements, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing visitor reception.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Proactive, with strong analytical skills and recognized for interpersonal intelligence, listening skills, and discretion.
3. Solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly become autonomous.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluency in English for intra-group relations and international contacts.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's degree or Bachelor's in Human Resources or equivalent.
