1. Support the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level to mid-senior positions.
2. Assist with HR administration, including note-taking during employee relations cases and preparing necessary documents.
3. Aid managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
4. Create job descriptions and advertise vacancies on the TalentLink platform.
5. Screen CVs using the applicant tracking system with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Organize and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining equality and a professional recruitment process.
8. Extend verbal job offers and serve as the primary contact for new starters.
9. Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and conduct right-to-work checks.
10. Onboard new starters using the HRIS system.
11. Provide Payroll with necessary employee documentation in a timely manner.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR and/or Recruitment Intern/Administrator role.
2. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
