- Support the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level to mid-senior positions.
- Assist with HR administration, including note-taking during employee relations cases and preparing necessary documents.
- Aid managers with performance reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Create job descriptions and advertise vacancies on the TalentLink platform.
- Screen CVs using the applicant tracking system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining equality and a professional recruitment process.
- Extend verbal job offers and serve as the primary contact for new starters.
- Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and conduct right-to-work checks.
- Onboard new starters using the HRIS system.
- Provide Payroll with necessary employee documentation in a timely manner.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR and/or Recruitment Intern/Administrator role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Beginner level experience in HR and/or recruitment roles, preferably within a luxury fashion context.
