1. Ensure the quality assurance of the suite at 30 avenue Montaigne, addressing any non-conformities.
2. Facilitate client check-in and check-out processes, providing a warm welcome.
3. Organize and maintain the wardrobe and dressing area.
4. Manage concierge services before and during client stays, offering bespoke experiences.
5. Possess extensive knowledge of Paris and its surroundings to enhance client experiences.
6. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
7. Anticipate and fulfill client requests proactively.
8. Manage minibar restocking and inventory control.
9. Oversee the quality control of turndown and housekeeping services.
10. Maintain and update the client Cardex, including dietary preferences and allergies.
11. Handle billing, payments, and daily financial reconciliation.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hospitality or a palace setting as a Butler.

1. Exceptional attention to detail in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and availability to meet client demands.
3. Adaptability and discretion in client interactions.
4. Proficiency in Micros and Opera software.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
