1. Welcome each customer entering the boutique, ensuring 100% recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
2. Understand and address customers’ needs, guiding them through the boutique.
3. Act as an ambassador of the boutique, explaining its organization, history, and art pieces.
4. Assist customers with personalized services, responding effectively and promptly to their needs.
5. Remember customers' preferences and special needs.
6. Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
7. Maintain impeccable grooming and attire.
8. Exhibit exemplary manners in all situations.
9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet customer expectations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience as a Host in a luxury, fast-paced environment or relevant experience in high-end hospitality.
2. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
