Christian Dior Global Talent Development Apprentice

- Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, measuring the effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform detailed data analysis of talent pools to extract insights for talent development programming.
- Coordinate global RISE (performance evaluation) campaigns, collaborating with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
- Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent for individuals up to 30 years of age.
- Support the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, including action planning following Pulse Survey results and the new LVMH 'Career Compass' career development framework.
- Provide animation, administrative, and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
- Manage mobility trackers to organize next steps in career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent development and a desire to learn more about the field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in presentation development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
