1. Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, measuring the effectiveness of current programs and identifying areas for improvement.
2. Perform detailed data analysis of talent pools to extract insights for talent development programming.
3. Coordinate global RISE (performance evaluation) campaigns, collaborating with local HR to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
4. Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent for individuals up to 30 years of age.
5. Support the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, including action planning following Pulse Survey results and the new LVMH 'Career Compass' career development framework.
6. Provide animation, administrative, and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
7. Manage mobility trackers to organize next steps in career discussions and support succession planning for the organization.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in talent development and a desire to learn more about the field.
