1. Lead by example, mentor, and support team development by sharing sales techniques to help colleagues achieve their targets.
2. Greet, serve, and advise customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
3. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personalized shopping approach.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and remain informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
5. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
6. Cross-sell between departments to support link sales and enhance client interaction with all Dior universes.
7. Oversee the visual merchandising of the department, optimizing commerciality at every opportunity.
8. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the Line Manager when necessary.
9. Follow and ensure adherence to all stock control procedures.
10. Manage stock control for the department and support back-office operations.
11. Coordinate stock takes and develop action plans for depreciated and slow-moving stock.
12. Assist in integrating new staff members and guide them within the team.
13. Be present on the shop floor to support and motivate the team, providing a link between the team and management.
14. Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and support team development through mentoring and performance reviews.
15. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
16. Maximize security measures to prevent theft and ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures.
17. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
18. Perform any additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience at a supervisory level within luxury fashion.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
