1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the highest standards.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship building.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, staying informed on current advertising, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
4. Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively address customer complaints, coordinating with management as necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in upholding the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure store security and prevent product theft.
11. Operate in accordance with company administrative systems and procedures to minimize losses.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
13. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
