1. Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Footwear Industrial Division, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Collaboration, and Performance.
2. Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
3. Act as a liaison for the Sustainable Development department within the RTW Industrial Division, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
4. Oversee sustainable development projects and analyze key performance indicators related to certified materials and eco-designed products.
5. Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program as the Epic owner of 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW'.
6. Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
7. Manage a team of project managers.

1. Minimum 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within Ready-to-Wear.
2. Fluent in English, French, and Italian.

2. Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and listen to various stakeholders.
3. Proven ability to lead change, communicate effectively, and persuade.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
