1. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to optimize stock level usage.
2. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers by all team members.
3. Assist in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
4. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to foster partnerships.
6. Participate in Managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Boutique Manager.
7. Lead, engage, and mentor the team, setting objectives and ensuring their achievement.
8. Coach and train team members to enhance their performance.
9. Identify and fulfill customer needs to exceed expectations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
4. Proficiency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector.
