1. Serve as the key production liaison for all seasonal campaigns and activations in the East Coast, Canada, and Brazil.
2. Partner directly with the Global Creative team in Paris to understand seasonal guidelines and ensure local feasibility without compromising creative vision.
3. Translate global standards into scalable, site-specific creative solutions that reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic.
4. Lead the end-to-end execution of seasonal window and interior rollouts, façade animations, and pop-in installations across the designated region.
5. Manage all aspects of budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control in collaboration with the procurement and finance teams.
6. Oversee production timelines, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and local compliance for each execution.
7. Secure necessary permits, coordinate with mall or landlord operations, and navigate regional logistics for installations.
8. Stay ahead of evolving material trends and production techniques, proposing innovative solutions for high-impact displays.
9. Conduct on-site quality control during fabrication and installation to ensure flawless execution.
10. Act as the regional steward of global creative standards, ensuring every campaign is tailored with local nuance but never off-brand.
11. Liaise cross-functionally with architecture, VM, logistics, and store operations to anticipate roadblocks and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
12. Build and nurture relationships with regional vendors and fabrication partners, holding them accountable for excellence and consistency.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production, visual merchandising execution, or technical project management within luxury retail or global brand environments.

1. Fluency in architectural drawings, materials, fabrication methods, and production timelines.
2. Strong understanding of permitting processes and building codes across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex regional rollouts with multiple concurrent deliverables and tight deadlines.
4. Deep attention to detail with a highly organized, proactive approach to project execution.
5. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and diplomacy skills to manage across cultures and time zones.
6. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable) and tracking budgets.

Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production or related fields within luxury retail or global brand environments.

Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
