Christian Dior Client Services Sales Advisor

- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and addressing individual client needs through effective communication.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and resolve customer issues via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere to Dior's policies and processes in all customer communications.
- Exhibit brand awareness and product knowledge in customer interactions.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators, including case management, sales targets, quality assurance, productivity, and schedule adherence.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and share successful strategies with the team.
- Accurately input data into Diorlink and update the SCRM database as necessary.
- Foster strong working relationships within the Dior network.
- Engage in e-clienteling by performing outbound contacts to drive sales and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with the entire Client Services Center team.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, hotel, or concierge sectors.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales negotiation abilities.
- Customer-first mindset.
- High motivation and energy with an inspirational team spirit.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury customer service.
