1. Collaborate closely with the Men's Workshop Manager.
2. Interpret and create patterns, technical sheets, and oversee model assembly.
3. Coordinate with the Men's Workshop Manager and the Design Office post-sketch submission.
4. Plan and allocate models for production within the workshop.
5. Manage resources and consolidate information for cost estimation of workshop pieces.
6. Prepare for fashion shows and oversee alterations.
7. Assist in recruiting temporary workshop staff.

1. Technical fashion modeling education.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury ready-to-wear modeling.

1. In-depth knowledge of sewing techniques, quality standards, and production processes.
2. Dynamic, team-oriented, curious, and autonomous.
3. Strong communication and information-sharing skills.
4. Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Fluency in French; proficiency in English or Italian is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury ready-to-wear modeling.
