1. Participate in the development and maintenance of management tools and presentation materials for retail projects.
2. Facilitate communication and collaboration among central, regional, and market stakeholders.
3. Assist in the preparation and execution of deployment plans for retail initiatives.
4. Gather and relay potential opportunities or improvement suggestions to project teams.
5. Anticipate and address challenges that may impact project deployment.
6. Conduct reporting, analysis, and synthesis on retail KPI performance for market presentations.
7. Monitor the adoption and performance of digital tools and omnichannel services.
8. Contribute to the management and analysis of communication tools across Europe.
9. Manage cross-functional projects, including organizing seminars and coordinating award celebrations.

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience in retail is preferred.
