1. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Retail teams, central teams, and top management.
2. Conduct daily performance analysis across EMEA regions, sub-zones, boutiques, categories, segments, products, and SKUs.
3. Review replenishment targets, manage stock optimization, and oversee rebalancing efforts.
4. Provide operational support to retail through transfers, community engagement materials, and addressing merchandising inquiries from boutiques.
5. Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
6. Participate in commercial animation by organizing collection launches, creating communication materials, and analyzing performance metrics.
7. Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stock levels, and tracking performance.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Fluency in both French and English.
3. Previous experience in retail or merchandising is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines swiftly.
4. Aptitude for numbers, statistics, and data analysis.
