1. Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in daily management of the sales team to ensure exemplary customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily sales metrics and conversion rates.
3. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
4. Facilitate clientele development and manage customer relationships.
5. Coordinate and participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
6. Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Ensure the boutique is opened and closed in accordance with company procedures.
9. Manage inventory, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs).

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record of increasing sales and managing a sales team.
