1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exceptional client service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
2. Enhance sales performance, minimize stock losses, and attract new clientele.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
4. Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory processes.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
7. Inspire and provide outstanding customer service.
8. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
9. Develop clientele and participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
10. Train and lead sales associates in selling skills.
11. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
12. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
13. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
14. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
15. Oversee product and stock management, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
16. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
17. Address and resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.

1. 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with a keen fashion sensitivity.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

5. Proficiency in operating POS systems and other office equipment.

A minimum of 7 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $135,000 to $145,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
