1. Manage the logistics and inventory of contemporary art collections, including visual arts, sculptures, and heritage pieces.
2. Coordinate the storage, restoration, and transportation of artworks for exhibitions and events.
3. Provide administrative support for exhibition projects both domestically and internationally.
4. Participate in the setup and rotation of exhibits at the Galerie Dior.
5. Oversee the loan of artworks to external institutions such as museums and foundations.
6. Create and update database entries for new acquisitions using Skinsoft.
7. Assist in the production of internal art catalogues using software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
8. Facilitate communication with artists and galleries regarding contracts and acquisitions.
9. Coordinate with Store Planners for the shipment and receipt of purchased artworks.
10. Conduct iconographic research and liaise with local contractors for new Dior site decorations.

1. Previous experience in art collection management or cultural project management.
2. Strong interest in modern and contemporary art and design.
3. Familiarity with luxury fashion and the Maison Dior is essential.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Excellent organizational, literary, and editorial skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.

Entry-level experience in art collection management or cultural project management is required.
