1. Support the creation of suppliers in SAP.
2. Maintain accounts payable ledgers by verifying and posting supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
3. Reconcile supplier accounts by verifying monthly statements and related transactions.
4. Manage the follow-up and booking of expense claims.
5. Participate in various accounting projects from inception to implementation.
6. Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
2. At least one previous internship or work experience in accounting.

1. Motivated and proactive with strong social and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Customer-oriented mindset with a high sense of ethics.
4. Adaptability to changing priorities.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
6. Basic knowledge of SAP.
7. Proficient in Excel.
8. Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus.

Beginner level experience in accounting, ideally with prior exposure to accounts payable processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
