1. Support all administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
2. Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of personnel records.
3. Manage employment contracts for temporary hotel staff.
4. Assist in updating HR policies and manage standard payroll and administrative requests.
5. Organize and prepare employee events and create an annual events calendar.
6. Maintain relationships with selected educational institutions and organize presentations and job forums.
7. Prepare social media content for LinkedIn and propose innovative employer branding actions.
8. Implement and monitor performance evaluations and prepare calibration reports.
9. Assist in recruitment activities, from job request management to interviews.
10. Maintain recruitment dashboards and statistics.

1. Education in Human Resources or Business School.
2. Experience in HR administration, preferably through an internship or previous role.

Previous experience in human resources administration, ideally through an internship or similar role.

Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
