Chopard Events Manager

1. Organize and coordinate select PR events for the Maison.
2. Implement and monitor event-specific budgets.
3. Coordinate various stakeholders, including decoration, technical, logistics, PR, and animation teams.
4. Facilitate internal coordination with different departments and subsidiaries.
5. Negotiate partnerships.
6. Develop a network of high-quality suppliers.
7. Create and adhere to event timelines.
8. Manage communication tools related to events, including materials, press kits, photos, and videos.
9. Handle event-related invoices.
10. Provide occasional support for retail events.
11. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
12. Conduct strategic monitoring and recommend events.
13. Prepare internal event reports.

1. Minimum of 5 years of event management experience in the luxury sector.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.
3. Strong project management capabilities.
