1. Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
3. Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and CRM objectives.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues in operations.
7. Inform management of any necessary store repairs to ensure a luxurious environment.
8. Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service.
10. Comply with Richemont policies and standards.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role is required.

Expected hourly range: $21-$26/hr, based on relevant skills and experience.
