Chloé Sales Stylist

- Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM objectives.
- Implement personalized communication campaigns and systematically collect client data.
- Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities organized by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
- Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards and proactively report any structural repairs needed.
- Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory management.
- Support clients post-sale to ensure impeccable after-sales service and comply with Richemont's policies.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
- Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM and clienteling tools.
At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales advisory roles.
