Chloé Managing Director

- Manage the local brand P&L, preparing budgets and forecasts in line with brand and Richemont guidelines.
- Oversee retail leases and operating costs.
- Master’s degree in management or business administration
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market
- Entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset
- Strategic mindset with transformation leadership capability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong fashion flair and affinity for luxury
- Proficiency in Chinese and English; French is appreciated
A minimum of 10 years in the luxury fashion industry with P&L responsibility in a retail and omnichannel environment.
Master’s degree in management or business administration
