1. Maintain permanent accuracy of stock in store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts.
2. Ensure efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor stocks, maintaining impeccable conditions throughout the day.
3. Receive deliveries from the central warehouse and perform quality control upon reception.
4. Manage and follow up on stock transfers between stores or for commercial activities.
5. Organize end-of-season returns.
6. Participate in morning team briefings, sharing important operational information including daily deliveries and stock updates.
7. Support stock requests from team members.
8. Communicate inventory results, consignment issues, and other topics to the finance team.
9. Engage with other stores to share best practices and address operational challenges.
10. Uphold the Chloé values of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and positive impact.
11. Oversee the management of all shipping and VAT documents.
12. Assist the manager in formalizing and updating boutique operating procedures.
13. Provide administrative support for booking couriers, deliveries, and transfers.
14. Complete store supply orders.
15. Support the manager in ensuring compliance with Richemont processes.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury or high-end products, is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
