- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment is required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
