1. Manage guest reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
2. Welcome, guide, and settle guests into the spa area.
3. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and promote additional products and services to enhance revenue.
4. Handle billing processes in compliance with hotel procedures.
5. Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
6. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
7. Update guest profiles and records accurately.
8. Prepare workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
9. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel standards.
10. Assist in stock management and inventory.
11. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
12. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
13. Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to team members.
14. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
