1. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
2. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
3. Manage guest complaints with empathy, adhering to hotel procedures.
4. Foster guest loyalty and promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection.
5. Ensure optimal operation of the restaurant, supervising and controlling operations in line with hotel standards.
6. Oversee the service flow, from guest reception to billing and departure.
7. Ensure accurate and up-to-date guest records.
8. Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry teams.
10. Manage service-related costs and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
11. Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
12. Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven ability to manage a team and operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
