1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support operations across various dining outlets to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
4. Clean and set up the venue according to hotel procedures.
5. Participate in food and beverage service.
6. Prepare beverages and breakfast items.
7. Clear and clean during service.
8. Maintain service equipment cleanliness.
9. Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, and stewarding departments.
10. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the venue.
11. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
13. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
14. Prepare internal reporting documents.

1. Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining.
