1. Oversee all operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery and sustainable success.
2. Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the Maison.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and transform feedback into memorable experiences.
4. Manage and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
5. Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage the annual budget, align resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
6. Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to build high-performing teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
2. 10+ years of hotel/resort operations experience in luxury hospitality.
3. 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.

1. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and management best practices.
2. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Financial acumen.
6. Attention to detail and precision.
7. Discretion and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years in hotel/resort operations within luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
