1. Manage all reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while considering the hotel's service offerings.
2. Ensure the reliability and quality of client reservations, including confirmations and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
3. Act as a liaison with other hotel services, including Accommodation, Spa, and Dining.
4. Guarantee the quality of service during telephone interactions and various sales stages.
5. Perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected information.
6. Prepare arrivals meticulously, ensuring accurate guest data entry in Opera Cloud.
7. Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance and advice in collaboration with relevant services.

1. Proficiency in Opera Cloud is mandatory.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
