1. Oversee the hotel's operations during night hours, ensuring seamless coordination across all operational departments.
2. Collaborate closely with the security team to maintain the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
3. Assist the Head Concierge and the Director of Guest Services in supervising the front office team.
4. Represent the General Management to guests and staff, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
5. Manage guest complaints and follow up on claims with empathy and professionalism.
6. Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
7. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
8. Handle reservations and maintain records during the closure of the Reservations department.
9. Supervise and execute billing and payment processes.
10. Verify guest lists and rates before closing operations for the night.
11. Prepare necessary reports for the following day and coordinate upcoming arrivals with hotel departments.
12. Promote and sell hotel services, including rooms, dining, and spa offerings.
13. Ensure the hotel's entrance and surroundings are clean, accessible, and secure.
14. Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the night team.
15. Welcome, train, and integrate new team members, fostering skill development and versatility.
16. Ensure compliance with legal and hotel procedures within the department.

1. Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.

8. Proficiency in Office Suite, Opera, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross.
9. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Portuguese is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.

Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
