1. Ensure the tranquility and security of guests during nighttime hours.
2. Oversee and validate daily financial transactions and perform nightly closures.
3. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and address inquiries throughout the night.
4. Discreetly and efficiently respond to specific guest needs.
5. Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals and departures.
6. Maintain guest comfort and peace throughout the night.
7. Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as dining and housekeeping to fulfill nocturnal guest requests.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a similar field.
