1. Manage reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while practicing upselling.
2. Guarantee the reliability and quality of client reservations, including confirmation and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
3. Welcome and assist clients both over the phone and in person.
4. Escort clients to their rooms and inform them about the hotel's services.
5. Advise and organize the client's stay upon request.
6. Strive to meet client requests and ensure the quality of service delivery.
7. Post and monitor client-related operations using the hotel's software, adhering to procedures.
8. Perform check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
9. Control and close the cash register at the end of the shift.
10. Handle telephone calls, faxes, and mail, ensuring proper distribution within the hotel.
11. Manage safes and perform client wake-up calls.
12. Conduct external relocations in case of overbooking, following hotel procedures.
13. Assist in managing luggage and vehicle flows according to established procedures.
14. Handle daily closure and backup operations.
15. Process client invoices before forwarding them to general accounting.
16. Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.

1. Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
