1. Collaborate closely with the Director of Apartments and Quality to ensure the expected level of quality for guests, in alignment with Cheval Blanc service standards.
2. Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and updating of service procedures and standards at Cheval Blanc Paris.
3. Maintain and communicate operational performance dashboards to relevant departments.
4. Monitor and respond to guest feedback daily via email or social media.
5. Track results from mystery shopper visits within the establishment.
6. Assist in developing a Quality Action Plan with operational teams and the Training Department under the supervision of the Quality Director.
7. Support projects initiated by the General Management under the supervision of the Quality Director.
8. Provide assistance to the General Housekeeper, her deputy, and the heritage manager as needed.
9. Report any abnormal situations concerning guest or colleague safety and accident risks to management.

1. Final-year student in a business school or hotel management program.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining.
