- Coordinate and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and manage employee records using HRIS software.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to innovate and propose creative HR solutions.
- High level of emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort setting.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
