4. Assist in orchestrating training projects, working with the L&D Director on presentation modules and session planning.
5. Aid in analyzing data from Ambassador surveys to enhance initiatives and ensure team satisfaction.
6. Animate HR social media channels with creative content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
7. Contribute to internal communication projects, collaborating with Cheval Blanc Maisons to strengthen collective identity.
8. Assist in planning and implementing satisfaction surveys, gathering actionable insights.
9. Support HR team in innovative projects, contributing to employer branding and development initiatives.

1. Master's degree in HR or Hotel Management.
2. Previous internship experience in an HR department.

1. Bilingual in English (oral and written).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong writing skills with a sensitivity to graphic design and HR marketing.
4. Organized, methodical, and known for a rigorous work ethic.
