1. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
2. Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and supervise staff performance.
3. Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Oversee the functionality of sanitary and electrical installations in guest rooms.
5. Ensure all amenities are replenished and maintained in guest rooms.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are advantageous.

The position offers accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during work hours, and a uniform provided and maintained daily. Employees receive access to hotel amenities at preferential rates after three months, full health insurance coverage, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
