- Direct and oversee the housekeeping operations of rooms and villas to ensure guest satisfaction objectives are met.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the Maison.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments within the Maison.
- Implement housekeeping best practices, procedures, and standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping best practices and standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills to inspire and instill pride among the housekeeping team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
