1. Welcome and assist guests both over the phone and in-person at the bar, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
2. Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
4. Master the operations of the bar and other dining services within the hotel.
5. Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
6. Simultaneously handle physical and telephonic guest reception and seating arrangements.
7. Maintain high service quality and foster client loyalty.
8. Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
9. Oversee the management of the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
10. Handle the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
11. Coordinate group meal arrangements with kitchen teams.
12. Monitor daily reservations to optimize restaurant occupancy.
13. Facilitate effective communication within the team and coordinate client requests with other hotel services.
14. Participate in menu management, including creation, modification, and printing.
15. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
16. Promote available services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
