1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support operations across various dining outlets to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
4. Ensure exceptional client reception and customer experience.
5. Clean and set up the dining area according to hotel procedures.
6. Manage inventory and supply of linens and cellar stock.
7. Clear and clean during service.
8. Maintain and clean service equipment.
9. Coordinate with kitchen, inventory, cellar, and stewarding departments.
10. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the dining area.
11. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards and beverage legislation.
12. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
13. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong grasp of gastronomy
5. Proficiency in computer tools
