1. Organize and oversee the work of housekeeping teams, including training and development.
2. Ensure guest preferences are meticulously attended to, enhancing their unique stay experience.
3. Maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel to the highest standards.
4. Manage and implement cardex systems in guest rooms.
5. Oversee inventory and ordering for the housekeeping department.
6. Care for guests' wardrobes at the beginning and end of their stay.
7. Collaborate closely with various departments including housekeeping, laundry, and reception.
