1. College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

1. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development, testing, and quality control.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of chefs and support staff.
3. Proficiency in HACCP processes.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
8. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
