1. Assist the Economat service with daily tasks.
2. Execute purchase orders and manage stock releases.
3. Aid in the control and receipt of goods.
4. Participate in IT management and monitor stock flow.
5. Ensure proper accounting treatment of order receipts.
6. Track credits to be received.
7. Support the Economat team during month-end inventory, analyze stock discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
8. Control and analyze various consumptions.
9. Conduct price studies for new products and supplier evaluations.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining.
2. Student in business school, accounting, administration, or hotel management.
