1. Oversee and manage the kitchen stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and organization.
2. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency within culinary operations.
3. Implement and monitor proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
4. Manage and mentor a team of chefs and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising.
5. Ensure compliance with HACCP processes.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or hospitality education preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or high-volume food service setting.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
