1. Ensure guest reception and satisfaction throughout the service at Le Grill Alpin.
2. Manage billing and payment processes in coordination with the supervisor.
3. Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the restaurant.
4. Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of dishes and beverages according to hotel procedures.
5. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
6. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
