- Prepare and execute assigned menu components in accordance with technical sheets.
- Organize and oversee kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Respond to unforeseen challenges and specific client requests.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.
- Participate in menu development.
- Allocate kitchen tasks to commis chefs based on their qualifications and oversee their execution.
- Ensure food items are stored in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in culinary arts with a focus on high standards of quality and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Creativity in menu development and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar culinary role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
