1. Ensure the delivery of Cheval Blanc's signature guest experience in apartments, making each stay memorable.
2. Provide personalized service and maintain client relations on the floors, ensuring all guest requests are met and communicated effectively to the team.
3. Coordinate with fellow Butlers to enhance guest stays and collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
4. Implement special guest requests for rooms, including pre-arrival arrangements.
5. Propose personalized welcome experiences based on the guest's VIP status.
6. Coordinate the preparation of welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP spa products.
7. Ensure the room's atmosphere aligns with Cheval Blanc's standards before guest arrival, coordinating with housekeeping as needed.
8. Manage floral arrangements and valet services, including laundry and sewing requests.
9. Maintain room conditions and functionality, conducting checks and coordinating with other departments under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager.
10. Advise and organize guest stays, anticipating needs and providing sincere, targeted assistance.
11. Support in-room dining services for VIP guests and larger parties, ensuring quality standards are met.
12. Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
13. Ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to current safety and hygiene regulations.
14. Handle complaints, proposing and implementing solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
15. Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.

1. Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (minimum BTS level).
2. Knowledge of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Concierge services or Butler experience.

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in roles such as Housekeeper, Assistant Maître d'Hôtel, Receptionist, Concierge, or Executive Assistant.
